Initial consultations are thorough and may last up to two hours, while follow-up appointments typically take up to one hour.
Homeopathic remedies are made from natural substances and are carefully diluted to make them non-toxic. These remedies are administered as small, dissolvable pills and are safe for everyone, including babies, pregnant women, and the elderly. They can also be safely used alongside conventional medicines.
What to expect at your appointment
You’re warmly welcomed to my home and garden office if you’re able to attend in person. For those who are further away or prefer the convenience, I also offer online appointments.
Before your first appointment, I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete. Homeopathy focuses on understanding you as a whole person, which means gathering a wide range of information.
During your initial consultation, I’ll listen carefully as you describe your health concerns and how they impact your daily life. Every detail is valuable—your likes and dislikes, fears and phobias, hopes and dreams all contribute to creating a complete picture of you. This holistic understanding helps me select the remedy that best matches your unique needs.
After the consultation, I’ll spend time reviewing the information and choosing the most appropriate remedy for you from thousands of options.
Follow-up appointments typically take place every 4-6 weeks. During these sessions, we’ll review your progress. Because homeopathic remedies work gently, changes might not always be obvious, but together, we’ll uncover what has shifted. As your needs evolve, your remedy may change too.
For acute illnesses, such as coughs, colds, flu, or stomach upsets, appointments are shorter and focus on the immediate issue. I’ll only need specific details about your current symptoms to find a suitable remedy.

To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, your deposit can either be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
